About Focus Vision Optometry

Established in 2006, Focus Vision Optometry is a leading private medical optometry group serving the Inland Empire. Over the years, Focus Vision Optometry has opened six successful locations in Redlands, Calimesa, Beaumont, San Jacinto, and Moreno Valley. Patients can expect a total eye care experience through annual comprehensive vision exams, advanced medical eye disease management, premium optical solutions including Lasik, and specialty contact lenses. The Optometrists also specialize in pediatric eye care and leverage automated diagnostic equipment to examine children as young as three years old. To help support current practice growth and a large patient base, the business is looking to add an Associate Optometrist to our team of 30 professionals.

Focus Vision Optometry is dedicated to improving and preserving sight, utilizing the latest diagnostic technologies to detect ocular conditions and systemic issues. The practice is well-appointed with automated optical equipment and behind-the-scenes functional technology, including Optos, Topcon Maestro OCT, Octopus VF, Dynamic Contour NCT, Pentacam, and Wavefront Analyzer. We use Eyefinity EHR cloud-based software. Patients enjoy an upscale shopping experience as they browse a large inventory of designer frames and lenses from the optical boutique—plus, customers receive personalized support from our opticians.

About the Associate Optometrist Opening

Focus Vision Optometry is seeking a well-versed Associate Optometrist passionate about delivering exceptional eye care to ensure optimal eye health and vision for all patients. You’ll practice primary care optometry, including routine vision for the entire family, medical management of dry eye syndrome, eye infections, and urgent care visits—approximately 20 patient encounters are performed daily by each OD, including exams and follow ups. The position is full-time, 37 to 42 hours weekly.

The practice is looking for caring, clinically proficient, efficient, and conscientious individuals ready to deliver top-quality care in a clean, professional and technology-minded multi-location group private practice.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong desire to learn and grow with the practice. Additionally, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, responsible, service-oriented, community-involved, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
